我预订的时候付了早餐费,但早上什么都没有。早上7点想退房,前台却没人。我按了好几次铃,都没人应。最后我们打电话,才有人从后面房间出来,而且没穿好衣服。非常吵。
挺恶心的房间,台面上不知道是什么,有一个洗脸盆下面还堵了里面不知什么恶心的东西,浴缸还突然往外冒水都是黑色渣子,晚上10点入住外面一直有声音,楼上一直大靴子走路声音走了凌晨5点才安静,不建议选择这家酒店入住

我不知道该从哪里开始。前台接待我们的是一个闷闷不乐的青少年,他似乎因为不得不为我们办理入住手续而感到不快。房间虽然宽敞,但却非常破旧。窗帘破烂、通风口脏兮兮、暖气/空调机组的控制面板很脏(如果有人怀疑这一点,我拍了照片)。我们楼上的客人很吵(我知道酒店无法控制)。非常老旧的电器整晚都在发出噪音。水槽排水系统很糟糕。水槽需要尽快“疏通”。我要说的是,梳妆台的灯光非常好。我没有意识到(我的错)这家酒店位于高速公路上,整晚都会有很多车流。我要求提供额外的枕头,但被告知没有了(前台更年轻,大概 15 岁?)。这不是一次愉快的经历。我不会推荐住在这里,将来也不会住在温德姆酒店。

客户服务很糟糕。即使从房间也无法打电话给酒店或前台,它会转到语音信箱,他们说 24/7 服务。无法在正确的时间办理入住总是会耽误您,但希望您立即在上午 11 点离开房间。对于一个房间的价格来说,需要更好的客户服务,而且前台服务员非常不专业。
可以使用,但是已经磨损了。扶手椅很脏,一些内饰破损了。破旧的浴室垫。家具摆放不合理。床前的书桌。如果有人坐在办公桌前,你就无法去洗手间。以后不会选择这个楼盘了。
