Room had a pungent odor that was frankly unbearable to the point where we had to change rooms, only to find out it was a feature of the rooms. TV didn’t work or were damaged. Walls were thin and one could hear the noise from outside or adjacent rooms. I would give it negative stars if that was an option.

Bed was broken down and sunk in. We were woken up to construction on a Saturday morning at 8am. The jetted tub which was the reason we got the specific room did not work other than the water . Thin blankets on the bed as well.

Staff was fine. Room was decently clean, but not perfect. TV was wonky, had to unplug and replug. The main problem is that this once nice property has deteriorated over the 30+ years we have stayed there. The pool used to be nice, and there was a good restaurant. Now, both are closed, and the place looks like a construction project. I hope it recovers.
