Our room was clean and ready early. It was a good location, west of the busy area. The staff was super friendly and it was just the right size and comfortable…the room and the property.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Arroyo Pinion Hotel. The only surprising and unsatisfactory thing was the very low-quality breakfast. It had us wishing we were at a Hampton Inn. After the first day we went out for breakfast every morning.

夜班服务员服务很差。需要电话时从不接。楼上噪音很大。房间里的按摩浴缸坏了。水阀喷嘴脱落，水无法关闭。浪费了一个晚上才用上。住在那里真是让人头疼。
一切都很棒，唯一的缺点是床，我觉得他们需要升级房间里的床。床很不舒服，根本睡不着。我们本来就背痛，长途跋涉之后情况更糟，根本没法舒服地躺在床上休息。
