Staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable but the fan/heater/ac in the room is unbearably loud and the room is very hot without is running (and noisy when the window is open). It’s also a pain to get your luggage up to the 2nd floor

Great location. Clean room. Nice heated pool and fire pit. Rooms were too dark. Lack of elevator made getting upstairs with suitcases difficult, especially after a twisted ankle from hiking.

夜班服务员服务很差。需要电话时从不接。楼上噪音很大。房间里的按摩浴缸坏了。水阀喷嘴脱落，水无法关闭。浪费了一个晚上才用上。住在那里真是让人头疼。
一切都很棒，唯一的缺点是床，我觉得他们需要升级房间里的床。床很不舒服，根本睡不着。我们本来就背痛，长途跋涉之后情况更糟，根本没法舒服地躺在床上休息。
非常安静的酒店。Jonas 对我们非常友善和热情，让我们在这家酒店感觉舒适多了。我们一定会再来的。
