Tub dirty toilet broke had to change room. The lady at front desk had an attitude when I told her toilet was broken. My daughter cleaned the tub which she was given the cleaning supplies. Wow I believe it. When no one came to fix the toilet, I went to front desk to see the status, there was a gentleman there, he accommodates me quickly on the same floor, two rooms down. I was ok with the room he accommodated me with.

It was nasty mold on ceilings nothing was cleaned it was no towels the hotel staff didn’t help with anything NEVER EVER WILL I COME BACK

Worse place to be, Disgusting, dirty. Terrible management and ******* also can’t help you when you needed. I lost my money because I refused to sleep with roaches and bed bugs.

Our first room looked like the ghetto. We were pleasantly relocated to a remodeled room that was better, but more like a Motel 6. Rooms were pretty clean, but broken/missing coffee pots, no coffee in the lobby either. Halls and elevator were filthy. We felt safe, but it was not up to par with the name Econo Lodge. Good place for locals' weekly stays maybe. Not for tourists.
工作人员态度很差，也不愿意提供帮助。我的房间被换了，因为第一个房间的空调坏了。前台的人一开始不相信空调坏了，直到他检查的时候空调自己停了才相信。我九岁的儿子已经在第一个房间洗过澡了，所以他搬我们之前还得先检查浴室。等他终于把我们换到另一个房间后，还是有问题。淋浴只有冷水，而且房间很脏。他还说周末没有毛巾可用。我绝对不推荐住在这里。我觉得这简直是虚假宣传。他们给我的收据上价格比我实际支付的要低，上面还有一个不属于我的随机卡号。
在高速公路边，噪音很大，卫生条件也很差

工作人员非常冷漠，缺乏热情。入住手续办理得非常仓促。我们付了早餐费（网站上的照片），结果前台却只收到一个普通的棕色袋子（里面装着一块麦片、一个苹果和一个塑料包装的蛋糕），没有任何解释（或者说“你好”！），这让我们很失望。床单破了，没有餐巾纸，微波炉又坏又脏，冰箱和空调都没插电，房间里弥漫着令人作呕的气味，而且隔音效果很差。唯一的优点：床垫很舒服。
他们没有尊重我的预订类型，没有履行网站上提供的服务，而且地方和房间很脏，有尿味。
我的预订在最后一刻被取消了。
