酒店回复: Dear, Thank you for your valuable feedback. This is certainly not the standard we'd like to deliver to our guests. Regarding the standard room, there are some that face inwards - however the room itself should've been in a presentable state. All rooms have minibars, which are sensor equipped. We found a suspected urine stain on the bedsheet under the pillow in our hotel room, which made us very angry. At first, I noticed a strange smell on the bed and thought it was because my boyfriend hadn’t showered. However, after he took a shower, the smell was still there. Finally, we discovered the stain under the pillow. Although we called the front desk and got our room changed in time, the new room was noticeably colder. We didn’t call the front desk again and just made do with it, as we had to wake up early the next day.

酒店位置绝佳,与机场遥遥相对。卫生整洁干净,没有异味。酒店密闭的很好,很安静。服务热情周到,办理期间可饮、可食免费汽泡水及水果糖果。酒店亮点是对客人的信任,小吧台、小冰柜摆放很多收费食品,酒店扣押金1元。
酒店位置很好,离机场走路三分钟,下楼梯就是火车站,非常方便,服务员态度非常好,基本有求必应,早餐很不错
挪威之行,在奥斯陆机场为了体验不同,分别住了radisson red,跟radisson blu ,根据自己体验总结一下,供参考,一,地理位置,blu最近,red稍微远点,需要多走几分钟,但也在步行承受之内
二,房间大小设施,我定的都是标准房,blu的房间比red略大点,装修上red更现代一些,房间其他配备基本都一样
三,入住退房两个酒店都很顺利
四,早餐两个酒店也基本一样,差别不大。
所以总结来说,对两个酒店,我建议是区别不大,谁的价格合适就选谁
非常不错的入住体验,就在机场的斜对面,火车站的上方,去哪都非常方便!
比较幸运,提前到了,正好有房间,也顺利入住了。
设施:房间面积挺大的,两个人住,行李箱随便摊放都可以。浴室花洒水流很大,洗得很舒服。设施不算新,但该有的都有。
早餐:酒店自助早餐很丰富,各类都有,早上很早就供应了,可能是跟着航班走的,已经非常全面了,还有好吃的棕奶酪,很值得一尝。
环境:酒店的公共区域挺好的,可以小憩或等同伴之类的。电梯需要房间卡才能到相应楼层。
服务:服务挺不错的,前台处理很迅速有效。
在奥斯陆机场过夜的时候临时订的酒店,已经是第2次入住radisson了。依旧是和上一次入住一样的水平,从大堂开始,熟悉的香氛味道就让我非常的安心,尽管很晚了,但是前台的工作人员还是非常耐心,给我们解释所有的,包括我当时没有带充电器,也是一直在帮我解决问题。离机场非常近,非常方便,对于我和我朋友来说,我们两个人没有觉得有很大的噪音,睡了一个非常好的觉。总体非常推荐
订的标准间 给的是内窗房(过道窗),没用迷你吧说我消费了3瓶啤酒,垃圾中的战斗机,避雷
酒店蛮好找的,出航站楼几乎直对(偏右手边)
前台小哥哥都很热情,顺便入了会员,以后可以10% off
房间也很不错,干净、安静,非常适合第二天清晨赶飞机或者转机入住
酒店离机场2-3分钟,50米,携程网信息900米,出航站楼能看见,我前面订了会议丽笙,我走错了,进到这里,天气-10度,不想再走,怕折腾感冒,18点前可以取消,我取消后,定了这家,房间有点冷,开一晚空调,早餐优秀。有鹅肝,三文鱼,飞鱼,配置比较高档
酒店地理位置非常好,步行2分钟就到机场了,而且我们12.30到的也让我们提前入住了,房间很干净很大,床品非常软,非常舒服,是一次愉快的住宿体验
我们在酒店的枕头下的床单上发现疑似尿渍,非常生气。一开始是我发觉床上有奇怪的味道,以为是男朋友没洗澡,洗完澡后还是有味道,最后在枕头下发现了污渍。虽然打前台电话后及时换了房间,但换了的房间相比之下更冷。我们没再给前台打电话,而是凑合着睡了,因为第二天要早起。
