普诺这个地方好一些的酒店选择确实不多，这个酒店实在太太太太太脏了，换了3个房间，床单和被子都是脏的，最后穿着衣服睡的，然后最可怕的是第一个327房间床居然是坏的，浴巾都是黑色的，329房间更可怕，床单和被子都是黑色的脏兮兮的东西，338房间是家庭房3个床，但是房间不是湖景，房间有噪音！具体每个人怎么选择全靠您自己吧！反正我要求就是干净安静
的的喀喀湖酒店要是想自称五星级酒店，那可真得好好翻修一下了。前台服务不太友好，餐厅似乎也差不多，可能整个团队都需要整顿一下。酒店的硬件条件本来可以非常出色，但业主和管理层就是不知道怎么把潜力发挥出来。太让人遗憾了。
湖景很棒，位置也很好，远离市中心。不过晚上有点吵，有音乐/表演声（晚上11点前）。
环境一流，房间太小，设施比较陈旧，早餐不错，有无麸质餐。

地理位置优越，就在湖边，离普诺镇很近。但优点也就仅限于此了。房间太小，几乎没有储物空间，浴室也小得可怜，浴缸只能一个人用，窗户打不开，感觉破旧不堪，毫无魅力可言。
毫无疑问，这是普诺最好的酒店。
这是一家老式酒店，例如，就连丰盛的早餐都配有质地极佳的浆洗过的餐巾。床铺超级舒适，还能欣赏到的的喀喀湖最美的景色。下次还会选择这里，强烈推荐。
