非常棒,房间干净整洁,稍小一点,黄金位置,开窗看天山,主要景点就在中轴线上,周边有餐饮和超市,方便,还有大学,秋天的阿拉木图很漂亮。
阿拉木图的地标建筑,历史悠久的老酒店,地理位置比较好,晚上亮灯后更漂亮。大堂重新翻修过,房间比较有年代感,暖气开得足,透过窗户能看到雪山。服务一般,牙膏用完了也没有补充新的,两次找前台要才送来。早餐还可以,以西式和当地特色的干果甜点为主。

酒店房间还可以 早餐不错。!!!但是早上站在餐厅门口问房号接待的那个女服务员态度非常差!!!歧视外国旅客!!!希望酒店加强培训吧。
酒店位置很好,早餐非常的丰盛,是当地地标,飞机上就能看到酒店和电视塔,住的三人间由两件卧室组成,可以看到远处的雪山
本人习惯如果不是酒店太差一般都会习惯性好评,但是这个酒店真的太太太差了!非常不推荐!
1️⃣酒店正在装修,一共四个电梯,两个only staff(可能是维修用),另外两个一个坏了,这么大一栋酒店客满,所有客人都用一个电梯,我住24层,上下等电梯等的没脾气。
2️⃣酒店客房进去以后一股狐臭味!老天爷,臭的头疼,睡觉都不敢脱衣服,开着窗户又冷,穿着衣服躺下睡。
3️⃣去吃早餐,包尔萨克里面夹了一根头发,我夹进自己盘子里了才看到,恶心的立刻没有胃口了。(不是落在上面的,是嵌在里面的,和面的时候就在里面了)和工作人员说了然后工作人员说给你换一个就给端后厨去了,然后也没回来,甚至连表示抱歉都没,哪怕就是形式主义的说一句可能心里都舒服点。
4️⃣房间提供的饮用水一共两瓶,有一股说不上来的生水味,尝了一口再也喝不下去,像对着自来水龙头直接接出来的(仅个人对水的味道的感受,不是描述事实)。住过那么多酒店这种感觉第一次。
5️⃣酒店工作人员强行收酒店住客停车费。因为租车工作人员早上把车送到酒店,我们签合同耽误了一会时间,出停车场的时候出不去了,酒店工作人员来了让我们交停车费(我没有kaspi)我说我们是酒店客人,他又说你是不是昨晚就来了,我说你查一下,车是不是刚才来,人无动于衷,我着急走,最后停车费起步是300/400,我给了500,他说不够,我说要不我去找你们经理问一下我到底需不需要缴费,他才把杆子抬起来。(因为那天阿拉木图下了鹅毛大雪,真的很冷,不想再来回跑,又赶着出发,就没和他理论)
6️⃣酒店房卡吃了早餐上来就莫名其妙刷不开房门了,转了两圈在同一层找到了保洁员帮忙打开了房门。可能是酒店设施太久未更新了,工作人员对此司空见惯。
综上所述,强烈不推荐这家酒店!!!
房间舒适,景观独特,远观雪山,还有样数超级多的早餐,又是5000坚戈上的图片建筑!来阿拉木图,值得入住,我们一家三口在这住了4天,真的超级喜欢,拍了好多好多的照片,平台有限,不然还有好多照片!服务人员素质也杠杠滴!特别开心的一次入住体验!
deluxe房间的床垫非常差非常软,需要订最高级的房间才有国内硬度的床垫;位置、早餐都很好,服务一般
目前正在装修、叮叮当当的敲个不停、装修工人也搭客梯、房间有爬行动物、可要小心爬到行李箱不知道情况下带回中国带回家可大祸了……前台一句Sorry、都没讲、无语😓……不建议住!早餐有辣白菜、没有中国咸菜、
安全,干净,早餐不错,但房间有点小,价格不稳定,有携程涨价的情况,同类型房无法直接在携程续订,只能去前台沟通,好在前台还行,基本都同意了。在国外肯定是安全最重要,所以还是推荐。
