Room was dirty. I don’t want to leave specific details because the receptionist was really nice and understanding . He quickly moved us to a different room. He is the only reason why I have the 1 star. Overall, not a good experience with this particular BW. It was more like a Motel8.

The housekeeper was amazing, the location and hotel style wasn’t very comfortable. I prefer a larger lobby and more variety in breakfast. (Eggs, proteins etc) rooms need spruced up.

I stayed in Hanford to visit family. This place offered a nice place for me to sleep at night while visiting family during the day. The pool looked clean but it was not used during my stay.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a softball team staying in multiple rooms and we asked if we could have a late check out and the night guy said absolutely. In the morning about 10:30 the cleaning lady told us we had better get packed out because they were gonna charge our cards for another night if we were not out by 11am. I confronted the owner and he said we had to be out no matter what their employee agreed to. Needless to say they just our whole teams business..losing 10 rooms shouldn't hurt them. We are always playing in the area playing at the softball complex almost every other weekend. They wouldn't let us have an extra hour after spending a lot of money at their hotel....never again. We will stay somewhere that actually cares about their customers..and not try to scam people for another night
