Toilet was stopped and started running all night. Front desk person late night was a little bit rough around the edges. Asked for a credit card "in case we thrash the room." It was myself 59 and my 85 year old mother. Not sure what type of people they're accustomed to? Lobby and elevators dirty carpet etc. when I mentioned the toilet another guest was missing a shower curtain. Broadly a little scary. Pool photo 100% misleading.

First room we were put in the hot water didn’t work, no soap bars or shampoo in the bathroom. Moved us into a new room the next morning, hot water worked but the tv didn’t work.

Value for the stay
Staff was awesome, tv didn’t work they tried their best to fix it even swapping, finally we were able to figure it out after hours of trying. Got to watch a couple hours, then when waking up and tried to turn tv on to catch the news and it was right back to not working. Very frustrating

EVERYTHING!!! The staff, from the General Manager to the cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable in regards to anything we needed!!! The inn was very clean including the entire property. The General Manager was not afraid to get in there and get the job done including but not limited to cleaning up the outside smoking area!!! It was very refreshing to see an upper level staff member doing a job that would be for housekeeping!!!

They called and cancelled shortly before we arrived and weeks later have failed to refund us. The next day they were still advertising they had rooms to rent.

Hot tub didn’t work pool was cold hotel keys kept not working the breakfast was terrible the front desk people were occasionally there the room was ok I do try to save money with where I stay but some of these places don’t meet my standards

我觉得客房服务员在不需要每天打扫房间的情况下,应该主动询问客人是否需要什么。我知道他们根本没问过。这样一来,客人就得自己去要额外的毛巾或卫生纸。其实只需要花一分钟确认客人是否有足够的毛巾和其它所需物品就行了。
因为在预订的两天行程第一天早上背部受伤,我没能入住刘易斯顿的Fairbridge酒店。虽然取消预订已经太晚了,但我当天晚上回家后还是尝试了一下,希望这些特殊情况至少能让我获得一天的住宿抵扣。但事与愿违。这让我吸取了教训,我自己也做生意,完全理解管理者和团队成员必须遵守规则以确保业务的可持续性;然而,如果出现合理且合法的特殊情况,也应该有例外。
工作人员非常棒,服务周到。房间也很干净。我带着我的小马士提夫犬去参加一个狗狗展,在这里住了下来。工作人员对我们非常好,还满足了我们的一些特殊需求。我打算等活动日期一公布,就预订明年的房间。
