Many of the amenities were either inaccessible or “out of order” the last night we heard banging all night long and when we went to make a complaint we were met with hostile, disrespectful and just completely unprofessional and rude behavior and attitude from the lady at the desk

Facility was not very clean. The curtains were barely hanging. The hallways had a horrible smell. The coffee was hot water. The Breakfast area needed to be cleaned. No coffee maker in room. Elevator was super nasty. But the staff was nice.

The staff was very kind. The conditions of the room were not great. There was cigarette burns in the blanket. Our room was supposed to be smoke free.paint was chipping off the bathtub as well. Check in and out was good.

The bed was sunk in but there were plenty of blankets and pillows. There wasn’t a desk which would have been helpful for my meetings.

The front desk service was very good, you could tell it was an older hotel. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, and the exterior wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The room itself was clean but not the surroundings.

Our crew checked in and immediately left to stay elsewhere. Did not bother checking out because it would have taken too long. We did NOT feel safe in this hotel and the smell was very disturbing.

The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The bathroom really needed to be scrubbed down as there were crusted boogers on the wall, etc.
