I always check my reservations in advance just in case something goes awry. Sure enough...it did! I love all the cultures of the world. I've traveled all over Europe, Africa and the Middle East. I love languages and different customs. What I don't enjoy is the breakdown in communications when trying to get a straight answer from hotel clerks. I understand that at best, it is a juggling act at times. So, speaking clearly and distinctly can be problematic at times. I was having a difficult time trying to understand what was being said to me. All that I wanted was to change my standard King-size Bedroom to a handicap accessible room. I was told directly that this hotel doesn't have any handicap accessibility accommodations at all. I couldn't believe it!! In this day and age, no accessibility? Give me a break! I called Hotwire and they encountered the same response from this hotel. How could anyone possibly be allowed to operate a hotel I finally checked with trip advisor and the reactions/comments about the room made me ill. I'm so glad I didn't keep my initial reservation. Hotwire did refund my money, but that won't do me any good now. I had to make reservations elsewhere and it cost me over $100 more given the time of year and the local graduations. Hotel is very dated and needs some serious remodeling. The whole place has an old smell, stains on carpets, etc. The price we paid was outrageous but we had to have a spot for the night. Breakfast is more of a continental breakfast and is what it is. Staff was very nice and accommodating though and that’s why it received 2 stars. For the amount of money they charge the hotel should be a lot nicer.

Unfortunately it is as bad as some of the reviews say. Funky smell throughout. Stained and miss shaped drop ceiling tiles. Dirty carpet. Everything old and dated. I wouldn’t even get in the shower. Thankfully only there 1 night. Across street from industrial plant with trucks coming and going all night. If I could have moved to a different hotel, I would have.

As previously mentioned, very pleasant staff. This an older facility but we found the room clean and in good repair. Pool looked to be in good order. The room initially had a musty smell which was absent after a couple hours of AC. When I rent a room I am primarily looking for a clean and comfortable bed not a bunch of frills. Easily obtained here, recommended.

We were on the first floor with 3 beds. Spacious and clean. A bit noisy though, you could hear the upstairs neighbors talking and walking around. We didn't spend much time in the room during the day, so it wasn't a huge deal for us, but others may not appreciate it.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking, but I was trusting the Wyndham name. As you enter, the lobby smells very musty. The floors in the hallways feel soft and squeak. Our room had the same musty smell, ac very noisy, mattress worn out, furnishings paint and doors need updating. The cable went in and out, then out completely. A couple of electrical outlets and lamps didn't work. We had trouble charging our phones. The towels and sheets appeared clean. The breakfast consisted of hard-boiled eggs and make your own waffles or oatmeal. The coffee was good! The staff at check was very nice. The check-out staff was unhelpful, she just kept saying it meet code in this country. For $260 this should have been a 5 star experience instead of a -1. I'm also writing Wyndham.

Horrible experience at this hotel. I'm in my 60s with a weak knee from ACL surgery a few years ago. I am given a room on the 2nd floor. There is NO elevator. I ask for a ground floor and am told there are non available. I had to drag two heavy suitcases up stairs to my room. Then I open the door to the room. It's old, bed was terrible. The bathroom smelled musty.

The odor in my room was nauseating and the door leading to the parking lot did not lock. They came to spray once and I opened the window, but it didn’t get better.
