Days Inn by Wyndham Amherst 的整体体验不太好，周边的路在施工很难找，房间没空调很冷的，被子还没有芯的就两层布，好冷。本来分配了一间那种外面直接可以敲门敲窗的把人吓死了，回去要求全台换房间，给换了个二楼的。本来那间在一楼直接面朝外面有点吓人
没有热水壶。就是一家普通的汽车旅馆，没什么特别的。
酒店服务不能接受。这家酒店可能是我住过的最差的酒店之一，我有两个房间。它很脏，整个房间都有虫子。
我们感觉不安全或不舒服。床的状况很差。地毯很脏，冰箱里面也很脏。整个房间都充满了腥味，让我几乎无法呼吸，最后让我喉咙痛。今天早上我们离开时仍然有气味。如果不是已经度过了漫长的一天，我就会牺牲这笔钱并留在其他地方。大堂里有一个牌子，上面写着绝对禁止携带宠物，我什至不建议我的狗住在那里。但狗不会造成比已经发生的事情更大的伤害。在我和我女儿的房间之间的一间房间里，还有一个人，专门走到他们的房间，往窗户里看，故意从窗户/窗帘的裂缝里偷看。

员工热情友好，乐于助人。提供小份早餐（麦片和水果），非常适合孩子们。

我不知道该说什么，如果你是一名想参加派对的大学生，那么这就是你该去的地方，不知道这个地方怎么能成为威斯汀的最佳选择，它太恶心了，我别无选择，我去了 Target，没有清洁用品，只能尽我所能打扫。地板太恶心了，我甚至会穿着袜子走路。墙壁、门和几乎所有东西都很恶心……帮自己一个忙，在车里过夜，而不是在这里
