Not very welcoming at check in. Nobody at reception on check out. The staff were not very friendly at all
Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare with fairly restrictive finishing time. By 9am pastries etc had finished and staff were eager to clear the tables so all very rushed. We also had to endure a man drilling whilst eating! Couldn’t read some of the breakfast menu due to it being in black on a dark blue background!
Room was adequate

Parking was easy, the rooms need a good refurbishment, a paint job would be a start, the staff were excellent, our food was of good quality but could have been hotter,Tewkesbury is a beautiful village and we plan to visit again but probably stay at a different hotel.

Although the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful, the building itself was rather tired with the outside areas unkempt and run down. Also having to register for a parking permit was a major inconvenience after having a long journey.
The premises needs improvements to bring it up to standard.

非常喜欢住在贝尔酒店。酒店就在蒂克斯伯里修道院对面，位置再好不过了。这里还提供免费停车位，真是额外的惊喜，而且酒店靠近塞文河畔步道，可以步行到迪尔赫斯特及更远的地方。
所有员工都友善、热情、真诚，有时还很有趣，他们的服务和关注让我们感到非常受欢迎。
早餐非常物有所值，而且分量很足！我们还在酒店吃了一晚晚餐（第二晚在拉吉吃了一顿很棒的印度菜），结果非常惊喜。作为一家“连锁酒吧”酒店，你有时会觉得食物可能平淡无奇，没什么特色，但这里的厨师们很懂行。对食物非常满意。
一两个小抱怨可能是交通噪音，因为我们的房间靠着马路（所以戴了耳塞就没事了）和床很软，但还好，真的没什么大问题。
如果将来再路过这里，我们很可能会再次入住。
正如预期的那样，这是一家非常传统的历史悠久的旅馆，坐落在一个典型的田园诗般的小镇里。它靠近市中心、修道院和博物馆，离河边、酒吧和各种便利设施也很近。
可爱的复古酒店
在特克斯伯里度过了一个美好的周末。酒店员工营造了浓厚的节日氛围。门上的圣诞袜真是个贴心的小惊喜。
住宿舒适，氛围宜人，餐食美味。尽管我们因高速公路堵车迟到一小时，酒店仍然为我们保留了座位。周五晚上还有乐队表演，非常精彩，真是个意外惊喜。房间温暖舒适，早餐也很棒。我们多次入住贝尔酒店，以后再去切尔滕纳姆赛马场时还会选择这里。
