The staff were friendly and helpful, and the car parking good. The room and bathroom were clean but could do with some updating, the television did not work properly there was a lose fitting on the aerial lead.
The breakfast was very good but was let down by the coffee which was not very hot.

Its an old building which has kept its character. All the staff were friendly and the vegan options on the menu were excellent.

Disappointing stay.
Bar area occupied but even as residents we were refused access to the table in the restaurant table area that was not being used for dining (at the back).
Had to hunt someone down to check us and another party in.
Ran out of white wine at the bar.
Room in need of renovation. Very basic and grubby carpet. Bed a very small double with a very poor mattress.
Radiators came on and couldn’t be turned off. Grubby shower.
Seems only 3 staff running the whole place and so the service was generally poor.
Took 20 mins to get some milk for our room.
Food (dinner) to be fair was good and cooked well.
Bar area was nice except for loud music bands playing on the TV that nobody was interested in.
Managed fortunately ti find the last available parking place, as the car park is open to the general public.

In a bad state of repair
This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment.
Date and in poor condition a bad advert for the british tourist industry.
Staff were great as for the rest i would give it a miss

非常喜欢住在贝尔酒店。酒店就在蒂克斯伯里修道院对面，位置再好不过了。这里还提供免费停车位，真是额外的惊喜，而且酒店靠近塞文河畔步道，可以步行到迪尔赫斯特及更远的地方。
所有员工都友善、热情、真诚，有时还很有趣，他们的服务和关注让我们感到非常受欢迎。
早餐非常物有所值，而且分量很足！我们还在酒店吃了一晚晚餐（第二晚在拉吉吃了一顿很棒的印度菜），结果非常惊喜。作为一家“连锁酒吧”酒店，你有时会觉得食物可能平淡无奇，没什么特色，但这里的厨师们很懂行。对食物非常满意。
一两个小抱怨可能是交通噪音，因为我们的房间靠着马路（所以戴了耳塞就没事了）和床很软，但还好，真的没什么大问题。
如果将来再路过这里，我们很可能会再次入住。
正如预期的那样，这是一家非常传统的历史悠久的旅馆，坐落在一个典型的田园诗般的小镇里。它靠近市中心、修道院和博物馆，离河边、酒吧和各种便利设施也很近。
可爱的复古酒店
在特克斯伯里度过了一个美好的周末。酒店员工营造了浓厚的节日氛围。门上的圣诞袜真是个贴心的小惊喜。
