Great small hotel in the centre of Derby. Small but super clean and well decorated room. Room was a little chilly until I found a fan heater under the desk.

We managed to check in early and get the car parked at the front of the hotel, thanks to the friendly staff. Easy to find, and in a good location, being a short walk from the city centre restaurants and pubs. A quiet location however, with a comfortable, clean room. The entrance hall and staircase are magnificent
Breakfast next day was fine, and excellent value for the price.

酒店性价比高，干净整洁，地理位置优越。
优点：早餐很美味。餐厅员工非常友好。
缺点：入住三天期间没有打扫房间。第一天，我注意到房间入口旁边有个开关，用来判断房间是否需要打扫，第二天我提出了打扫要求。
晚上我提到这件事时，房间仍然没有打扫，酒店告诉我出于安全和隐私考虑，我必须每天早上到前台提出打扫要求。办理入住时并没有收到任何通知。清洁人员已经到了，所以我只拿到了毛巾。
马桶和洗手池严重堵塞，无法冲水。
早餐上菜很慢，请预留30-45分钟。
