I have booked a room for me and my wife and I want to express my disapointment in regards to the state of the room. We have paid £89 and everything is very dirty, from the carpet to the bathroom. We were forced to sleep somewhere else as the conditions were unbeareable and the smell in the room was disgusting. I am very dissapointed with this and I’m I’m not reccomending your place to anyone. I am expecting my deposit to be returned without any delay.. I attached some pictures..

From the photos it looks good enough but photos lie , especially the turquoise painted front of hotel as it’s actually white , extremely tired decor , damp on en-suite ceiling, a rather grim feeling to the hotel and other guests stating the same as we checked out , the only positive thing is the simba mattress which was comfy and felt clean , this hotel is totally overpriced and I wish I had checked reviews first , definitely more hostel than hotel and a strong **** smell when we returned from our night out in the entrance way

So I’ve booked this hotel in Brighton, it’s not a hotel it’s like a halfway house, , dirty carpets, difficult entry, blood on the ceiling. Mould in the bathroom, extremely basic not even a bedside light . Absolutely awful ! I didn’t even stay there now they won’t return my money.!

There is no reception, and yet you cannot easily get ahold of anyone on the phone. Myself and another lady were outside for easily 45mins when we arrived. They happily contacted us to take our deposit, on top of room price, and then went silent as we were outside waiting for a “2nd” check in email. The corridors smelt of smoke, and were dusty and dirty. Having communal toilets is fine, but soap would be nice… The room itself was standard, appeared clean. But there was plastic under the bed sheet so very sweaty. The rooms were noisy with people banging around in the early hours, I did not feel safe.

Yanka was the best bar tender I’ve ever had! Best club to go to in Brighton (open later than any other other club ) Yanka is the best!! Ask 4 her!!! She accommodated us and gave me and my friends shot cards!
入住地平线酒店 (Horizon Hotel) 是我这辈子最糟糕的酒店体验。从抵达的那一刻起，它就是一场噩梦。问题层出不穷，最终导致我只能尽快提早退房。最令人痛心的是，我从晚上 8 点到凌晨 1 点半被困在房间里，原因是门锁坏了。门关上后，坏掉的门锁却让我无法离开房间。更糟糕的是，房间没有独立卫生间，导致我好几个小时都无法使用基本设施。尽管我多次致电安保和酒店管理人员，但无人能够提供帮助。我几乎被囚禁在一个没有基本设施的房间里很长一段时间。最终，我终于在早上 8 点退房，筋疲力尽，沮丧不已。当我要求全额退款以弥补这段糟糕的经历时，我的请求被拒绝了。酒店管理层声称，由于我已经使用过房间，他们无法退款，并辩称他们无法转售当晚的房间。我指出，他们竟然考虑出售门闩都坏了的房间，这让我非常惊讶。我只在房间里待了30分钟就发现自己被锁在里面。我向管理层反映了这一点，但他们仍然没有提供帮助。缺乏基本设施，又无法离开房间，这对我来说是一次难忘的折磨，而且完全是出于错误的原因。我会把这次糟糕的经历告诉我认识的每个人，提醒他们地平线酒店的恶劣条件和糟糕的服务。在阅读了其他评论后，我毫不惊讶地发现这是布莱顿最差的酒店。我有视频证据和电子邮件，供任何有兴趣进一步了解此案的人参考。
去了Mi-Soul一整天。真是个笑话！明明应该翻修得很漂亮，结果却改了好几扇门和楼梯。连音响系统都搞错了。还是那个恶心的地方。门票20英镑一张，晚上8点前就离开了，根本没想过要进去。我们本来可以在外面待一下午，我们也确实这么做了，和所有没付钱的人一起喝着自带的饮料。我们是Mi-Soul活动的忠实粉丝，但绝对不会再来了。
预订后我看到了所有差评，所以很担心会遇到什么。其实我大可不必担心。地下室的房间最近重新装修过。干净、明亮、宽敞。这家酒店虽然不大，但却是探索布莱顿的理想基地。
房间很小，可以俯瞰大海，但你看不到大海，因为窗户很脏！据说是私人浴室，位于房间外面的楼梯上，淋浴间也是如此。浴室的门也关得很严，任何路过的人都可以看到里面。还脏。枕套又脏又破，退房后不允许寄存行李，所以我不得不在其他地方找到一个收费的储物柜。
