First of all the pictures do not show what this place actually is, I don’t really rate much but this hotel was the worse stay I’ve ever had, first of all there was some shady people their, looks like they were selling some substance there, bunch of homeless around and looked like there are people living in some of the rooms, the rooms were absolutely dirty, smelly and grimy, tv did not work, Fridge did not work, there was no shampoo or body wash in the restroom and since I was staying there two days I let the staff know that I needed room service and all the items that weren’t working so they said they were going to send the technician to solve all the problems but when I got back later that day absolutely nothing was done not even the room service which was absolutely frustrating not only that but the Wi-Fi is basically useless because it constantly looses signal this was just my experience so I would highly recommend you not to stay here if you enjoy a good night sleep.

A lot of dirty things going on. One guy smoking and drinking outside his room, one guy at 6am polishing his car, an old van being worked on in the parking lot. Junk vehicles parked in front. Dirty Dirty, tv wasn’t working, no soap in the shower, and no towels in the room. The room wasn’t ready for us to check I.

Complete Disaster!!
Room 111 had a leak underneath the sink and all around the toilet. When I walked out the door it wouldn’t lock and I could push the door open so I informed the front desk and they moved us to the next room 112. We again had to walk over to the front desk because the Tv wouldn’t turn on but was informed it was missing an hdmi cord. Then we noticed we couldn’t put the volume up or down or turn off theTV so we just manually turned off the TV & called it a night. There was also no soap in the room luckily I had brought my own. Around 4:30am I woke up to a flooded room! I threw towels on the floor to contain the water from spreading. There’s also no phone in the RM for emergencies so we just packed and at 7am we checked out & I was told Room 111, our RM 112 & 114 had flooded and they were waiting to hear from room 113. Book elsewhere!!

Everything about that Hotel is terrible. People loitering outside the building are scary looking, they should hire security people to make sure the guests are safe. The looks won't lock and the shower heads are hard to operate. The air conditioning will stop after an hour so it gets hot in the middle of the night.

The staff member was helpful in getting us a room after being told my reservation for a king bed was no longer available. I think she provided us with a room that was in dire need of updating. The establishment itself needs a lot of updating to be done both inside & outside. It was a holiday weekend & all the places we looked up in the nearby towns were unavailable.
这是我住过最差的酒店没有之一,携程是无底线了吗,这种酒店还能上架?住了一晚,一整夜没睡,毫无隔音可言,孩子受了惊吓直接就发烧了。脏到不敢睡,床上居然还有脚印,地板没擦,大晚上来敲门两次魂都吓跑,隔壁的哭声持续到凌晨四点,携程必须给我个说法,否则我要去投诉!
一切都很脏,他们没有淋浴毛巾或电视控制装置,这是我住过的最糟糕的地方。
