I would have like to know before booking that the gym was out of order. I don’t understand how the gym in its entirety would be closed.

Everything was good. We had 1 night before our flight in SFO. And if they had had a baby crib, it would been perfect.

Spoke to staff regarding few concerns including stain water, unable to control AC thermostat unit and loud noise above next floor from 1230am to 130am (woke us up and kept us up)

Room was very clean and was easy to find amenities. Bed and pillows were comfy for a good night sleep.
Love that they have DOVE body products in room for easy hygiene use.
Pool and jacuzzi area was clean and inviting.

This place needs a higher rating than what it is receiving. Staff is super friendly. The online checking in made it worth it as well so when we showed up, they greeted with a smile and handed me the room keys. I would definitely stay there again
