The lady that booked us in did a great job, we didn’t have heat. She did all she could, moved us into another room and we were toasty and warm.. she was so good.

The staff are very kind, helpful, and courteous. The room is very clean. I would say air the room out when cleaning with bleach. It’s great to know it’s being throughly sanitized though. The price is absolutely doable this day and age. Appreciate it very much.

I would have like to know before booking that the gym was out of order. I don’t understand how the gym in its entirety would be closed.

Everything was good. We had 1 night before our flight in SFO. And if they had had a baby crib, it would been perfect.

床很舒服，房间也很干净。早餐不错。
108房间的浴室非常吵，即使不用也会每隔15到20分钟发出噪音。另外，前门很紧，而且我入住时要求提供婴儿床。我告诉他们我会在午夜回来，他们说婴儿床会在我回来时放在房间里，但我一直没收到。
