Older hotel, but room was clean and comfortable…great water pressure in the shower! Very friendly staff.

Great low key place. Friendly folks. Hot tub and small pool. All we need. Budget friendly. Breakfast is minimal at best. No biggie for us. Just passing through

This is NOT a luxury hotel! The bed was excellent and good assortment of pillows. Breakfast was a total dud. Only served bagels/toast, juice, cereal, coffee, oatmeal. Otherwise the room was clean and tv channels were okay (HBO included). Hotel is not close to restaurants as far as I could see. I was put in a room that didn’t face my bike which was a worry cause just around the corner the Anti-Ice people were picketing which worries me.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent, but there is no justification for applying the word "luxury" here. The mattress was low quality and "noisy" while you move. The free breakfast was worth what you paid for it.
It was a decent place to stay highlighted by very capable staff, and I think worth the price (but I'd eat somewhere else).

Room smelled like mildew. When I tried to check in I had to wait a while because nobody was at the front desk for about 10 mins (clerk was using the bathroom so I'm not too upset about this). I probably would have rated this a 3 or 4 if it were not for the room smelling bad.

Toots Pet friendly BUT strict rules and high priced charges for pet is not friendly at all. The lobby had a funky smell and the staff was bland and seemed annoyed I bothered them.
