Wonderful service! No elevator but asked for first floor room and quickly accommodated by very helpful manager! Many small decorative touches and thoughtful extras in the room! Well kept by a considerate thoughtful staff. Great location for a West Hartford visit. Homemade chocolate chip cookies in afternoon are also a plus😃

I travel to this area for work and as a woman, I felt safe in this hotel both the parking and my room. My room was just steps to the lobby and eating area. This hotel is a great deal as it has the privacy and anonymity (if you want it) of a hotel, but the ambience of a B & B. If you want a bit of a homelike atmosphere, this is your place. Also all the staff I encountered at the front desk were delightful and I have stayed at other Classic Hotels. This is my new "go to" for the Farmington/Avon area. I will be back!

Nice for a quick overnight visit where a clean room and shower facilities are needed.. Bed was romy and comfortable. Breakfast was self serve on all, but surprisingly very good! would recommend...

Halfway home stop.
Check in was supper easy, as was booking. The staff was very helpful letting us know sites only steps away, plus information on restaurants in the area.
There was a wine and cheese available in the lobby in the afternoon. Wine was excellent.

The beds where so bad I was not able to stand or walk in the mornings It took about an hour of walking holding to whatever I could reach.
房间很好，早餐也很丰富，周边也有几个餐馆，还有星巴克，加油站也有小超市，很方便！离波特女校步行10分钟以内，而且一路风景超好，很安静精致的小镇，每天散步是最享受的时刻，以后有机会的话还去住。
