Was charged $75 for pet fees for 3 days. However, it says they charge $20 per day so go overcharged with no explanation. Floors need cleaned better, water temp fluctuates pretty bad when taking a shower, no do not disturb signs to place on the door so was bothered each day by the cleaning people. Lack of signage to help you navigate your way on the property since they have a separate adjacent building that we were placed in. Just needs some improvements to make things a little easier along with transparency on their pricing and charges. That comes across as dishonest and shady which will most likely prevent me from staying here again unless they respond and take appropriate actions to fix these issues.

Rooms are done over old rooms not really renovated a quick fix the first room I went into smelled the second room I went into the fridge was leaking water it’s a old motel acting as a hotel 1st and last time there

Had to wait nearly 10 minutes to check in as nobody was at the front desk. It was only 6 pm so not a crazy check in time. They should have a bell or leave a note with when someone will be back. The shower in our room didn’t work. There was limited lighting and the lamp in the living room area didn’t work so it was pretty dark the whole time. There was a dead bug in the middle of the bathroom floor. We checked out at 5 am and had a plane to catch so didn’t have time to try to argue for money back.

Rebecca and the staff were fantastic. Booms are clean and clean and they met every request that was given.
It was so good. I’m gonna come back in three weeks and stay again.
