I liked the service, the quiet location and the price. The room was clean except the carpet and curtains had a smoke odor when I first walked in. Someone from the front desk came and sprayed the room and the odor went away.

For the price paid, it actually surprised me just how nice it was. It's simple yet comfy, with a quiet and powerful AC, very clean, had a nice pool, and the IHOP right beside does help a lot in case of late night hunger.

The hotel itself was okay—clean enough and generally what you’d expect for the price. The main issue was breakfast. The food was cold, and the sausage was sitting in oil, which wasn’t very appetizing. The one highlight was the lady working in the breakfast area; she was friendly, helpful, and really tried to make everyone’s morning better. With some improvements to the food quality, the stay would have been much better.

Staff very courteous. Seemed homeless were staying there. People hanging out both floors. Ask for room near office. I was way down end near pool. Felt a bit uncomfortable because I was alone. . Bed was comfortable clean and nice refridge. Breakfast had a nice toaster for my gf bread I brought. Coffee was good by office avail 24/7. Nice hummus restaurant and Publix 10-12 min away.
