The room was spotless and the pillows and bed extra comfortable and beautifully made up. Bathroom immaculate.
The staff were outstanding! Very welcoming and helpful at checkin (Terri) and (Becky at checkout.
The complimentary breakfast and hostess attendant was wonderful, the food was abundant, hot and delicious with great homemade cooking. Looking forward to my next stay.

When I first walked in the hotel it had a strange odor. The hallway carpet was nasty. Room not the cleanest. It look like there was dry urine on the bathroom wall by toilet paper. The walls all needed to be wiped down. The curtains were half hanging!! I canceled my return trip stay. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Hotels. Com took my money, but never booked my room. Thank goodness the people at the hotel knew how to help me, because I guess that it has been happening a lot lately. Don’t know if I will ever use your services again.

Clean room, friendly staff. Room had fridge. Quiet. Free self parking, breakfast included - cereal, muffins, bread, eggs, bacon, coffee and juices. Convenient location for shops & restaurants.

Our first room had dirty bedding but was moved to another room which was better. The breakfast was great, both ladies kept it fresh and plentiful! Convenient to I-75

The room was not very clean. There were plastic containers on the floor beside one of the beds. There was also a dirty pair of underwear from a previous guest underneath the stool beside the dresser.

Balcony door couldn’t lock due to broken latch. Changed rooms, same problem. Moldy coffee packet in coffee pot. Toilet height is for young children.hook on bathroom door missing.whole place needs renovation.

Not sure who is giving this location such high ratings of 10/10 but it really isn’t any better than a 7/10. It’s an older hotel that they have tried to renovate on a shoestring budget . Great location , bed was comfortable and a great breakfast. Staff friendly with easy check in . They seem to really cater to Utilities type customers and with all the carpeting in the hotel it shows of soiled conditions. Bathroom was renovated with poor craftsmanship . Patio doors are 1970’s so you hear a lot of street noise .
