The person checking me in was friendly and helpful!
The airport shuttle I planned to use at 4:30am actually left 5 minutes early, leaving me behind. Fortunately, some other travelers with a rental car offered me a ride to the airport.
The bed and room were very clean and comfortable, but the TV didn't work.

All in all a good stay, the bed and pillows were comfortable. My room had a king bed and the room size was small which was fine for one person but would be a little cramped for two. If I stayed here again I would ask for a room on the other side of the building away from the freeway.

No blackout shade on window facing highway. Noisy with highway so close to room. But convenient to airport for sure. Did not eat breakfast as flight was too early.

Close to Portland Jetport. 5 minutes to airport rental car returns. Lots of dining options close by. Room was clean and spacious with good amenities.
