The room was fair except microwave was not working... and Im sorry to say but the front desk staff was not friendly and with attitude as if we were bothering them. We asked for toilet paper and in general front desk staff should be more pro client satisfaction it makes a huge difference . Restaurant staff during.brakefast a pleasure nice friendly and curtious. Big thank you.

The breakfast was edible at best. I can handle the reconstituted scrambled eggs, but the previously fried and rewarmed eggs were like hockey pucks. Also, the waffle maker was about impossible to flip over.
As far as the room goes - the bed was really hard. Probably more of a personal preference but it felt like I was sleeping on a slab of lumber. The room was rather cold, even though we turned up the thermostat. Anywhere by the window was very cold and there were no extra blankets in the room. Hotels usually have at least one in the closet. The coffee in the room was terrible. I took 1 sip and dumped the rest. And finally, I'm not sure how often they change out the bathroom "amenities", but there was a makeup removal cloth there that I opened and used one evening. As I was wiping it on my face I realised it was so old that it literally smelled like vomit. Took me forever with hot water and soap to wash that off my face and hands. Truly disgusting. All in all I was quite disappointed. We've stayed at La Quinta Inns before and were pleased but it will be a long time before we return.

Room was ok. Bathroom wallpaper was pealing off There was a huge fist hole in our batbroom door.
I would of loved some fresh fruit as a breakfast option.

Room keys not activated, had to go back to main desk from 6th floor. No housekeeping. Leaves in lobby. Constant wet floor. Nasty reps at front desk, with only one exception - wish I knew his name. $5.00 for bottled water????? NEVER AGAIN!!!

2 non-working refrigerators upon arrival. Maintenance did deliver a replacement but it didn’t cool until hours later. Discovered blood on fitted sheet. Requested replacement sheets and they never sent any. Very loud water noise or toilet running made it impossible to sleep… very uncomfortable beds and pillows felt like they were filled with packing peanuts. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was inedible. We had to go out and get breakfast.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was not good. Upon arrival, there were 2 non-working refrigerators in the room - one of them unplugged. Neither cooled off so they brought us a new one. Upon getting into one of the beds, we discovered blood on the sheets. We requested new sheets and remade the bed. Temperature control either hot or cold…. Nothing in between. Again, front desk staff and maintenance very friendly and helpful but the room conditions are completely unacceptable. If it wasn’t so late, I’d request my money back and get a room elsewhere.
入住体验不太好。但其他都还不错。
糟糕的体验。整晚都很吵闹，我们打电话给前台，他们说会派人巡视一下。结果没人来，因为孩子们一直吵闹。摔门声、在走廊里跑来跑去尖叫追逐。我知道孩子们在玩耍，但这也太过分了，而且没人管。半夜同样的事情又发生了，我被他们敲墙、踢打和尖叫声惊醒。然后我们下楼吃早餐的时候，已经是7点55分了，炒鸡蛋几乎没了，香肠也没有，而且很多东西都快卖完了，明明他们看起来很忙。以后不会再来这家酒店了。
他们对我们很好，每个人都很友善。
