我们住得很愉快,但是……
我们住得很愉快,但是马桶离地面太低了,我们自己处理了这个问题。而且,两天前用“干净”的毛巾擦干后,一位住客发现他用过的毛巾上有棕色污渍。这让我们非常恶心。
房间非常宽敞。我们感觉空调效果不太好,所以晚上在单独的卧室里很热。我们房间旁边有一栋楼正在施工,噪音很大,早上7点就开始了。我们推着行李车上楼,但实际上我们的房间要上几级台阶,而且没有坡道,所以我们没法把车推到门口,只能把车留下,自己把行李拿上去。酒店附近有很多餐厅和购物中心,这点很不错。自助停车也很方便。

写这篇评论让我非常难过。酒店太漂亮了。入住期间最棒的是他们允许我提前入住,之后其他一切都变糟了,房间很热。我一度向前台投诉无数次,房间里温度高达74华氏度(约23摄氏度),他们派人来维修,但什么也没改变。第二天我离开时,他们又送来了风扇,真是难以置信,每晚450美元,房间仍然很热,我吹头发的时候,卧室里的保险丝烧了三次。整整48小时。我真想忘掉这件事。

停电了一整晚。
我4月5日入住期间,停电了一整晚,所以我不得不睡在一个没有电的房间里,无法给设备充电,也看不到房间里的东西在哪里,而且也没有人接待我。他们告诉我必须等到第二天,但接待我的人并没有提供什么帮助。毁了我的旅程。
这房子真漂亮,我儿子的电影在他们的影院放映,太棒了!唯一的缺点是泳池对面的起重机和施工现场很吵,但无法避免!
