Parking was fine but a little confusing. No air conditioning during colder months cause they have a boiler system so its either heat or cold. Room does have several fans. Staff was nice and helpful. Rate is good for how close it is to the downtown, easy walk to just about everything

The staff is nice. The place is pretty run down. The room was not even above average. There were holes in the wall that had been filled but not painted, the wall paper had gross greasy looking stains on in next to the shower, the bathroom floor was old/cracked linoleum, and the climate control had our room at 85 degrees all night. We called the front desk and they said open a window and turn on a fan. This was early November. Overall, the room gave us the ick and we would not stay here again. The place has potential, but is in dire need of a refresh.

Easy stay for road trippers... classic motor motel setup for ez in n out loading. Mid century charm. Quaint and comfy room. Hearty fresh cooked breakfast. Central location. A+

It was 80 degrees in the room and yet had no option for ac. It would not turn on. The bed was terrible. I felt like a banana curve. Extremely uncomfortable. Staff could have cared less about the ac issue. And there were facial hairs in the bathroom so you know it wasnt cleaned

We are genuinely sorry to hear that several issues significantly impacted your experience.Our building operates on a centralized boiler system, which provides heat throughout the colder months. Because of this specific infrastructure, we can only provide either heat or air conditioning (AC) across the entire building, but not both simultaneously. The system is activated seasonally. During your stay, the building was on its winter heating cycle, which is why the AC option in your room was unavailable and would not turn on. We recognize that unexpected warm days can occur outside of the typical season, and we regret that our system doesn't allow for an immediate switch to cooling for those circumstances.Furthermore, it is unacceptable that the staff's response to your discomfort was dismissive. Please know that we are addressing this internally with our team to ensure all guests are treated with the utmost concern and professionalism, regardless of the limitations of our building's system.Your feedback regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom and the condition of the bed is taken very seriously.
