Avoid this hotel! There is black mold in the bathrooms. Showers and toilets were dirty. Smelled of stale cigarettes. The staff, however, were all super friendly and courteous! It's a shame that the place is a mess, when the customer service is great!

never going back. the first night we were there, there was no hot water. the second day that we were there, we noticed there was a lot of ants. we found out they were coming out from behind the tv stand. although the bed was super comfy and I wanted to take a pillow home, we aren't going to be going back.

I try to be positive about reviews..I stayed here about 10 years ago and it was lovely…that being said it is horrible..pulled up landscaping a mess..weeds over my head…steps broken down..and it got worse..elevator broken..carpets filthy..one towel..went to desk..ask for towels and wash cloths…waiting..went to dinner..still waiting..went to car and got beach towels..also got Toilet paper..no paper..next morning went to desk..May I please have towels..nope..short on towels..guy behind me only had a wash cloth..not kidding..okay..now the girl at the desk was from another hotel and tired to call housekeeping..no answer..big surprise..I said how about we go into another room and take those towels for us…nope..no towels in those rooms either…now the hotel was mostly empty..the pool was filthy..the lobby just okay..breakfast was breakfast bars ..ok…all the “machines “ were empty..yogurt..pancake..not that the staff wasn’t trying..I think they are just letting it go and gonna close..I feel sorry for the staff..go to another hotel..do not stay here..staff sparkle up your resumes..you are gonna be closed soon..RUN AWAY

The rooms and hotel was Disgusting ousside- overgrown weeds, trash everywhere. Services- no towels, no toilet paper, no breakfast, plumbing issues, stained sheets, late checkin- didn’t have rooms ready till 9pm

Please take my advice and do not stay here. The pictures are deceiving. This has to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed. No towels, rooms dirty, bugs, overall just gross. This place should be shut down!!! Do not waste your money. Read the reviews and believe everything you read!!

前台服务尚可，但电梯坏了，我们不得不走到外面才能到达房间的走廊。二楼的楼梯维护得很差（地毯都破了，我的同伴差点摔下去）。房间乍一看还不错。然而，仔细检查后发现，浴室通风口附近的墙壁上有霉菌，而且马桶也很久没清洁了。真正让我向酒店投诉的是，我醒来后发现房间里有臭虫！臭虫！我不会推荐这家酒店。他们应该关门大吉，重新装修后再重新开业。我非常失望，尤其考虑到他们是温德姆集团旗下的酒店。
