Flight delayed by AA , arrived a little after 11pm, had called to advize hotel staff, they said could do but when I called from airport told tough luck find yor own way.
Staff not motivated to provide services.

Older hotel, needs upgrading, mostly clean, internet said breakfast, but all we were able to find was coffee, bread for toasting and the last two small muffins.

Smells terriblein in the lobby and my room; shower handle dropped; almost nothing for the breakfast included!!!

My first impression of the building was the outdated and worn carpeting plus an unpleasant smell. Also, the faucet in the bathroom leaked.
It was nice and quiet for sleeping.
The airport shuttle was great.

My room was so dirty, there were no other options. I actually had to go buy my own bedding. Our bathroom had mold and the walls were all so filthy. The whole place smelled. I was extremely disappointed and grossed out. My key stopped working almost every time I used it. No one was ever at the front desk. Never again!! Any way to receive a refund? Pics attached of my room and the graffiti outside the door.
