Good location for getting around, good parking, and reasonable prices. The only drawback is that the hot water in the shower was hard to get.

Room was clean and comfortable. However it took 20 minutes to get checked in because nobody was at the front desk. I used the phone as the sign on the counter said and nothing

Subpar at best! It seems that Choice Hotels and India have a partnership and standards are not of US caaliber, but India standards are evident here. Stains, roaches and the likes are what they bring for your enjoyment. Ownership's Bad Attitude from the foreigners towards certain people of color is very evident as well. Using words like "Its your fault" when inquiring about customer service and bickering about standards.

Room was clean, the staff was very professional and easy to work with, our stay was only one night but it was comfortable.

Roaches everywhere!
Our stay was terrible! We checked in around 3 and put our bags in the room and my suitcase on one of the beds. We left and spent the evening in Asheville. We came back to the room to unwind and shower around 8. When i moved my suitcase, there were two roaches that had crawled under it. We then looked at the wall and saw two more roaches. We took pics and a video but i am not gonna post them here. At that, i went to the front desk to ask for a different room. The front desk guy said that they were fully booked. So i asked for a refund. He said that he couldn’t give me a refund at the time unless maintenance could come to the room and confirm the roaches but also said that he was the only employee on site. Of course i was furious because i had showed him a video already. I immediately booked a room at another hotel and went back to our room to get our bags. Upon leaving the premises i went back one more time to turn in my keys. At that, the guy at the front desk said that if i decided to stay, he would give me a 50% refund, and if i left at that moment, his manager said that i would receive a 100% refund. Of course, i left at that moment. If you stay at this property in room 204, please be careful that you don’t take any little critters home with you!
