Horrible. American gave me a voucher here when my flight was cancelled. Uber driver warned me to stay in my room. There was a literal hole in the wall. Door to the outside did not close properly. No A/C. Paper thin walls. Stayed for just long enough to book another room at a Hampton.

Advertised shuttle was false. Clerk suggested I get a cab. ($20) Card Key wouldn't work. Clerk said I could call the desk if I left the room & wanted back in. Light fixture by bed didn't work. Ice machine outside room didn't work. Room was dirty from construction.

Horrible, dirty, smelly hotel, under renovation. The room was horrible, smelled like smoke and was old with damaged furniture. Close to airport was the only plus. We booked another hotel and did not stay.

Doing renovations but still tyde. Room was clean and kept up with. Staff was polite and friendly and respectful. Very helpful to help with anything. Greatly appreciated them all. Had no water for 2 days. Could have been a little more accountable and given a discount at least but nothing. It was s as lol on management.

I have used Days Inn and Wyndham motels in the past, but this one was in bad shape and apparently in the middle of a second remodel. The room was clean, but there were numerous issues such as a very noisy an almost non-functional HVAC, and completely worn electrical outlets. This motel should not be renting rooms until a proper remodel is completed.

Room was filthy dirty lingerie and bloody comforter definitely can buy hard ***** at this location didn’t have a shuttle to airport which is claimed on website door locks were all broken like the door had been locked in

This is by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed at! Stained bedding, peeling paint, moldy show curtain, smelled of mildew and smoke, carpet was filthy, doors had sticky stuff all over them…I mean we were only there for 5 hours waiting for a flight. My wife wanted to sleep in the rental car it was so bad. If it hadn’t been so late when we arrived and we had so little time to try to get a couple hours sleep we would have demanded a refund. When I confronted the guy at the counter he tried to say “we are renovating”…all good but no one should be expected to sleep in that filth. The housekeepers obviously aren’t even doing the basics!! Take a look at the photos!

So I was traveling for work and while I was on the road I was looking for somewhere to stay that wasn’t crazy expensive. I’m well aware that this is budget accommodation but before I booked I was looking at properties on *********** and when I say there was a massive difference to what I viewed online to what I arrived to is night and day !!!! When we pulled up it’s like a construction site so very different to what is online. It’s almost like they have stoped the construction work cause there is no evidence that anything has been done for awhile. Checkin was fine gentleman on the desk was very nice and super friendly!! I had booked to rooms as I was traveling with a male work colleague. Rooms dated but they were clean. The only fault with my room was I couldn’t even use the shower as the plug hole as breaking of the tub. Also I didn’t realize how close to the flight path we are so I’ve not had much sleep. Planes stopped between 12-4 ish approx. Also people in room next door very loud for a large portion of the night and then they started up again about 5:30 very angry with that. So definitely pack ear plugs if you want a good nights sleep here….

First, they advertise an airport shuttle that is not operational or non-existent. Then they required a cash deposit for a room that was already paid for through my reservation, this would be fine except the reservation specifically said not to do this. Also they refused to give me a receipt for the deposit; because the room was pre-paid I didn't really have a choice but to give them the cash deposit. Finally the room was dirty, used tissue in the toilet, the smoke alarm was removed, the tub clearly needed replaced and there were holes in the walls.
