I paid for a King size bed and when I checked in, they said it wasn’t available. Completely unacceptable. Area isn’t safe. Sketchy people walking around and knocking on doors. Trash outside stacked next to the cans. Back parking lot is very sketchy. People doing weird stuff which I won’t go into details. Couldn’t sleep at all due to safety issues. Toilet didn’t flush properly. It was the worst Red Roof Inn I have stayed in. Will never stay here again.

Then there was an intruder in the room the owner is holding me responsible for the damage done. This has been a nightmare.

During your stay, it was observed that multiple unauthorized individuals were allowed into your room, and there were several incidents of loud disturbances that affected other guests.When management responded to a complaint, you apologized, but damage to the room had already occurred. You also confirmed that the damage resulted from an altercation involving one of your guests.On November 13, 2025, due to ongoing disturbances and multiple policy violations, management made the decision not to extend your stay. At that time, several unregistered individuals were found in and around the room and were asked to leave the property.We take the safety and comfort of all our guests very seriously and strive to maintain a quiet, respectful environment at all times.

My flight was cancelled and I was so grateful for how easy it was to book a room and how quickly the shuttle arrived to pick me up. Compared to the price of nearby hotels, this was a bargain for exactly what I needed. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
