My room was not ready at 4pm instead it was ready at 5:18pm but I was already attending my event. There no wash clothes or towels in the room. I called the front desk and no answer. I went to the front desk and was told the lead house keeper will bring these things to my room. It’s 8:51pm and we haven’t received anything.

No parking and there was a hockey game scheduled which made it impossible to find parking without paying very high fees for the parking garage.

总体尚可，但也就是国内全季水平，这个和国内英迪格酒店的定位大相径庭，这一点国内来的朋友要有所准备，除了前台基本不要对服务抱有期望，这个是疫情后美国酒店的通常情况。
这家酒店虽然老旧，但地理位置绝佳！我们为了庆祝儿子的生日，特地前往克利夫兰观看骑士队的比赛。抵达酒店时，代客泊车处人满为患。没有人出来迎接我们，我以为所有的代客泊车员都在外面停车了。结果，其中三个人竟然在里面谈笑风生。酒店没有任何关于收费的说明，所以退房时看到每天50美元的费用时，我感到非常惊讶。考虑到他们花了整整一个小时才把我的车送回来，我觉得这个费用简直是天价。办理入住时，他们竟然需要我提供信用卡信息来预授权200美元，这让我很意外。我已经预付了房费，以为他们只是需要我提供信用卡信息，而不是预授权资金。总之，我们入住的第一间房间看起来不错，可以欣赏到火箭球馆的壮丽景色。但是，当我决定休息一会儿时，抬头一看，天花板竟然摇摇欲坠！考虑到酒店的年代，我决定就此作罢。然而，当我起床去洗澡时，发现墙上有一大团长长的棕色头发，这让我实在无法接受。我去了前台，他们态度很好，很快就帮我们换了房间。房间设施比较简朴，有一个衣柜，里面有熨斗、两瓶水、咖啡机和咖啡，还有一个小冰箱。房间里的电视很大，这点很不错。退房也很方便，大堂里挤满了等车的人！另外，我通过Trip预订的是高级房，结果只给了我一间标准间。看来Trip和酒店之间肯定存在沟通问题。大家要小心……
住宿体验一般，客房服务没打扫房间，床单也没换干净的。楼下的酒吧还行，就是价格贵得离谱，不过也算合理。
深夜办理入住时，我等了将近30分钟才有人来前台。
