First of all, my mom can’t easily use steps, and our room had no elevator access. We weren’t told this before booking or checking in.
The rooms and property are very dated. There wasn’t enough light to do our makeup in the morning, even in the bathroom. Several outlets didn’t work.
The tub, while technically not dirty, had stains along the edges and in the caulking. I didn’t feel comfortable giving my daughter a bath. Also, I slept on the side of the bed near the wall, and it smelled musty and dirty there—like the carpet on that side hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It was strong enough to keep me awake.
I always thought Toftrees was supposed to be more of an upscale property. This was not upscale at all.

The hotel is tired looking and in need of an update. Smell is musty and the bathroom wasn’t very clean and not restocked. I called and asked for them to have housekeeping come clean the bathroom. I think they maybe wiped the counter but floor was still not swept and tub had signs of previous guests. If you are look g for an inexpensive stay, it’s not horrible. But if there is something else with similar price, I’d pick the other

这个度假村太老旧了。感觉它曾经很不错，但没有跟上现代化的设施。房间很旧，浴室也很旧，瓷砖都掉了。我们想租电影却租不了——只有有线电视一个选择。没有客房服务，不提供早餐。也不能用手机应用开门，房卡和手机放一起还会失灵。
服务人员倒是很友好也很乐于助人。
我们住得最满意的地方是“The Field”餐厅。这家餐厅太棒了！
我不会再住这家酒店了，但我会特意去“The Field”吃饭。
我们很喜欢这家餐厅，也来过很多次了。食物和饮品都是一流的。但房间设施非常陈旧，亟待翻新。早上毛巾换了，但床只是草草铺了一下，床单也没换。房间里没有冰箱，所以建议自己带个冷藏箱。阳台还不错，但我们的房间正对着储物间和停车场，而不是高尔夫球场或泳池的景色。我们没机会在高尔夫球场打球，虽然它看起来很漂亮，但我们在练习场打了些球，他们每人收我们20美元不限量的球。对于住在这里的客人来说，在练习场打球这个价格有点贵了。我们很喜欢State College，也一直很享受在这里的住宿，但这家酒店真的需要好好投资一下房间，进行一次大翻修。
