Upon arriving we quickly noticed the room was not there cleanest. There was a very disgusting smear of something (looked like dried vomit) on the back of the bathroom door. The shower had hair in it and there was globs of shampoo on the walls. The bedspread also had stains on it.
Then a staff member knocked on the door and before we could even answer the door they proceeded to let themselves in with a key card! They apologized and said they didn’t realize someone was in there. How did the hotel not know, if they had literally just checked us in less than an hour ago.
Finally, after we arrived back from our late night event the room key did not work. So we had to go all the way back downstairs to have it reset.
Overall it was just not a stellar stay at this hotel.

Affordable price and convenient downtown location with friendly staff. However the heater fan was louder than the street noise and the room ambience was kin to Greg Brady's attic bedroom.

Convenient, walkable location to explore downtown Rapid City. Ample parking and friendly service. Breakfast bar with high top chairs in the room with mountain view was very nice. Clean hotel at a very fair price.

Comforty beds, nice location to walk to restaurants. Free parking!!! There is a Keurig in room for coffee. ******* perk of food coupon for breakfast $15. Not really a perk since coffee is $3. Go to Mud Hole restaurant where you can breakfast for $5. Be prepared to be woken up by trains who blow their horns 2x a night. This effects all hotels in this area.

First room : half the lights didn’t work. Thermostat did not work. Had to tie a sock around tub spout to make it work. No microwaves in rooms. Train track side of building 3 trains from 10pm-230am leaning on the horn. Asked for room swap and got it to front of building.
Second room: some lights didn’t work. Sink was cracked. Thermostat didn’t work. Trains again as windows and exterior walls allow so much noise in you can hear people talking outside even on the 8th floor. Interior doors block no noise at all.
Overall this was my second worse business stay at a hotel. Staff is great though. Overall impression is this is a worn and outdated hotel posing as an elite facility. Traveler beware.

我们预订了一间低楼层的房间，他们答应给我们。经过长时间的讨论，我们最终被安排在六楼，而不是八楼。与描述相反，房间里没有冰箱；冰箱也需要搬进来。房间的隔音效果也很差。噪音就像坐在街上一样大。
