Everything wasn’t working not the power the elevator the water nothing. Smelled like **** everywhere even in our none smoking room. There was also cockroaches and the train near by was really loud. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Things that did not work: hair dryer, coffee machine, wifi outlets, lamp with bulb missing. No coffee cups left if the machine even did work. No TV remote. One bed basically had a collapsed mattress Planes flying overhead all night. Water was hot and there were enough towels. Could not get to lobby easily at all so ditched breakfast. Car was parked behind a locked gate. So is this a sketchy area?

This hotel is in a great location but the cleanliness of the rooms is questionable, the first night I stayed I was woken up multiple times by people partying in neighboring rooms. The tap for the bath tub leaked, paint was peeling off the walls. The sheets did seem clean and the staff was available and friendly.

No room service. Had to ask twice for towels they tried to rip me off by using their shuttle they had no breakfast you can hear the neighbors tv that was playing also some neighbors got loud no respect

We stayed here for two nights as part of a trip from New Orleans and finishing in Nashville. The surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired, The rooms are VERY tired, there was obsolete furniture lying around and skips full of building rubbish round the back. The pool was black and not useable ( I didn’t want to anyway but someone might have) There we’re some strange people wandering round the hotel. The staff we met were all very pleasant and did their best to correct some issues ( missing coffee machines etc). The whole place which has been rebadged as a Quality Inns, is undergoing an upgrade but to be honest more than just new sinks and furniture is required here. The bed was very comfortable. It was reasonably priced but don’t expect too much. Breakfast was ok, cereal, waffles, grits, juice, coffee.

Awfull , dirty, stank of ****, burn holes in bedding ,bathroom dirty, staff don't care, lift broken as was cashpoint, no shuttle as advertised welfare hotel , unsafe area ,pool closed when asked the reception staff said its out of season
