Great stay except the shuttle took 39 minutes to get to the airport. .The website says 4 minutes to the airport. It was more like 20. Not good . 😞

Excellent one night stay
We stayed for one night so we could get up to catch an early morning flight. The room was nice, clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Long term parking was very affordable. Less than $50 for 5 days. Airport shuttle was excellent. Will be staying here again the next time we fly. Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

因为是短暂的出差，我当时想找一个方便往返机场的酒店。酒店提供的班车服务以及司机Perry师傅真的让我很感激。他真是一位绅士，非常关心他的乘客，考虑周到。看了之前的一些评论，我来酒店的时候还有点担心，但结果却出乎意料地惊喜。看来有些评论可能是针对他们旗下其他同名酒店的。这家酒店一尘不染，开业还不到一年。房间很宽敞、干净，床品舒适，枕头也很好，到处都有很多插座和USB接口，浴室里还备有多芬的洗手液、身体乳、洗发水和香皂。公共区域也很棒——健身房、洗手间、咖啡/茶水区等。它们设计精良，配备齐全，有充足的座位和充电设施。另外，我还要特别表扬一下前台的Cindy。我住的几天里，她每天都工作很长时间，无论我有什么问题，她都随时乐意提供帮助。其他人提到酒店附近高速公路的噪音问题——这对我来说不是问题，因为我经常出差，所以随身带着一个手掌大小的白噪音机，效果非常显著。下次还会选择住在这里。
这家酒店唯一可取之处就是办理入住时前台的那位女士（布琳·史蒂文斯）。酒店实在太吵了，就在高速公路旁边，每辆经过的车都能听得一清二楚。为了解决Wi-Fi问题，我不得不两次下楼到大堂寻求帮助，但他们从未主动提出上来帮忙，每次都让我自己跑下去。我要求在房间里放一部新电话用于叫醒服务，因为信号太差了，根本听不清（沙沙作响）。我个人绝不会再推荐或入住这家酒店。
整体体验不错，设施看起来很新，住着也挺舒服的。不过，我发现水龙头里的热水是乳白色的，我还特意比较了一下冷水和热水。拍了视频给前台看，结果他们只是回了一句“应该正常吧，因为没人投诉过……”。
反正我也就住一晚，就没用热水了。
服务和设施都很好，还有一个漂亮的室外游泳池，早餐也超级棒。
还行
对游客来说，这里简直就是死角。如果你不租车，也不坐班车前往指定区域，步行范围内什么地方都去不了，你肯定被困住了。他们也没有提到没有提供往返两个机场的班车，而这两个机场距离他们住处都只有15分钟的车程。
