The reason we chose to cancel is because there were bed bugs and pee stains on the bedding and the room had a musky smell to it.

Breakfast was meant to be included however there was a mini muffin and takeaway coffee. The muffin was “bite size” and told they only have to provide one per person. No toast and no cereal.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. There were cockroaches in the Room, the towels were full of small hairs, the floor was dirty and the blanket had a lot of stains on it. I spoke with the front desk guy and wait for almost two hours for nothing, I asked for a refund to go to other hotel and he did not accept, he did not do anything to at least change the room. Not recommended !!!

Never again
Before we could get to the room we were made to move our vehicle after we had already unloaded to the back of the property. They are currently undergoing a painting so there’s plastic on the windows. There was this large blackish chair that was peeling and gross while taking up way too much room. There’s some mate in the tub (didn't seem hygienic). We didn’t check in until almost 11:30p the front desk called our room waking us up (including our two year old) at 5am telling us we needed to move our car so they could start painting again. We had to advise that we didn’t have a car and it’s all the way in the back with all the other vehicles. At this point we start packing to leave when a roach crawls on the mirror. This was one of worst experiences please don’t do it to yourself.
