Due to health and safety reasons our staff are not allowed to unclog a guest toilet. if toilet has any other issues we will alert our maintenance staff. I do recall my staff letting me know that they did offer you a new room but you refused.

The ladies at the front desk were very kind. We had booked a 2 queen room and they put us in a double room. We called and they fixed it. The hotel is older and could use some renovations. It was fine for our stay for one night though.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff was professional. Bathroom tub looked like it was just caulked but it looked like patches of glob all around the tub.

看着是套房酒店，实际还是汽车旅馆，前台不热情，房间潮湿，设施老旧，优点是床品还算干净，早餐比较丰富

工作人员非常乐于助人，满足了我的所有需求。但是，房间太糟糕了。一进房间，一股脚臭味就扑面而来！马桶冲水很慢，而且根本冲不出来。我不得不自己要了一个柱塞，用它把马桶塞拔掉。最糟糕的是床垫！它陷下去了！一点支撑力都没有。我背痛了三天！不用说，我非常失望。
