There was a stain on the sheets look like blood, call down they gave us new sheets they gave us new sheets we made the bed on our self did not tell us about the resort fee and the parking fee and we were in a area that they had parties so kids were running up and down the hallways till late. Other than that, it was relaxing, but we’re unable to use the resort benfits because it rained all weekend.

Our stay was wonderful, always a pleasure to come back to this place! The staff is consistently helpful and welcoming, but this time Manager Esmeralda truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be returning!

因为参加会议，我独自一人入住。房间不错，但达不到五星标准。房间的景色令人惊艳，床也非常舒服。工作人员很友善，但不够主动帮忙，不过还是很乐于助人的。早餐很棒，上菜很快，工作人员会优先安排先到的客人入座观景最佳的位置，这个小细节很贴心。主接待区非常漂亮，有高高的木质天花板和横梁，还有一个巨大的壁炉。虽然离商店不太近，但优步（Uber）随叫随到，速度也快，我下次还会选择入住这里。
太棒了！我生日那天，他们还给房间送了一瓶葡萄酒。
自从我到达以来，特别的关注和优质的服务让我对在这里感到非常高兴。
