Staff was not accommodating at all. Rooms smelled bad. Tv didn’t work. Very unsafe and unclean environment

Upon arriving we had a 25 min wait for 1 rm so we could wait 30 min for the other rm. Then we moved to 2 other rooms since the prior rms were "mehhh". These rooms inturn had bugs so we were rudely met with resistance to refund while simultaneously booking another hotel. NEVER EVER AGAIN

This room was one step above a prison cell. The furniture was warped and sparse. The curtain was falling off & full of holes where critters ate it. The shower was gross - I wore flip flops while taking a shower. It had been painted but then paint peeled off - had mildew stains. The shower head was low & wouldn’t adjust. The bathroom light was out so I had to use the room light & key the door open. The toilet was public restroom style with a strong flush but no lid so water particles would spray everywhere. I didn’t get a towel or replacement toilet paper so I had to get them from the front desk. A sticker on the door warned to lock the deadbolt while in the room for safety - which wasn’t comforting. The area was booked out for parents’ weekend, or I’d have found another hotel to move to.

My Husband was at a nearby hospital and we needed to be close. Roderick was an absolute angel making sure that myself and my daughter had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone who needs or wants a budget friendly safe place.

Crystal at the front desk/check-in, was very kind. Here for family medical reasons, needed extra pillows, late check out. NO Problem! Very nice, Thank you Crystal !!!

这家酒店住了三天像撞盲盒一样，第一天的房间设施卫生状况是最好的，第二天卫生状况很差，先进的一间房间浴缸里面堵塞了，黑水四溢，换了一间房间，结果设施也不是齐全的；第三天那就更糟糕了，完全就没有携程平台上所说的那些设施。如果不是迫不得已带了狗，实在是不愿住这家酒店，这家酒店唯二的好处就是对**较友好，一是免费携带宠物，第二靠近佛罗里达州立大学，这是它的两个优点。
一切都很好，我只是去上班，休息得很好。
