Nice room. Nice bed. Terrible lighting! No light near any mirrors: if someone is in the bathroom, there is no other place to apply makeup or do hair, despite two large mirrors. Nothing is lit. I swear… when are hotels going to figure out the easy things? Mirrors are useless without lighting.

The property of course looked amazing. Don’t like the parking design other than valet. You’re really walking a good distance with your luggage to the parking lot. I think my main concern is that even without a do not disturb sign in the morning. The staff came by literally four or five times. Before checkout time! Usually checkout time standard at hotels is 11 o’clock. Here it’s 12 o’clock. Before 1030 they had already been by our place again either four or five times. I get they want to get the property clean but goodness. Matter of fact, my wife and I checked out before 11.

由于飞机改签在芝加哥滞留一天，偶然选择了这家威斯汀。主要是看着价格优惠，周边路上几乎没人行走，很安全，房间装修服务符合五星级酒店标准，楼下就有日式拉面店，味道不错，对面有家亚美尼亚风味餐厅，份量很足值得尝试
这个westin要比down town的那个好多了，只要自己有车，果断选择这个。泳池应该是有将近20米的，难得的一家能真的游泳而不只是泡水的。
服务还可以，卫生不错，就是在酒店房间，退房时有一个墨镜忘记带了，再去找前台问时，告知没有了。
前台小姐姐很nice, 距离芝加哥市中心1小时路程，很安静
酒店设有健身房，力量训练和有氧运动区分开来，这点很棒。大堂里的星巴克也让人非常满意，它早上6点就开门营业，出售洗漱用品、麦片、零食和咖啡。大堂里还有微波炉。酒店后面有一条不错的步行道。房间宽敞，每天都有人打扫。附近有很多餐厅，而且可以直接前往萨拉内洛斯。总而言之，这是一家很棒的酒店。我的家人一定会再次入住。
