There were literally holes in the wall. No closet but a hanging rack hung half way over the bed. The bathroom laminate flooring had huge pits in it that were filled with dirt.There were blades of grass all over, so the room clearly had not been vacuumed in quite some time, and were very noticeable so it was a lack of effort on staff to maintain cleanliness. The room smelled of dampness/mildew.

The room was smelly dirty. The bathroom shower was covered in mildew. I had bugs crawl on me and nothing was done about it . Took the bug to the front desk . It should be shut down

One night stay for football game. Overpriced as all Manhattan hotels on game weekend. Old, musty conditions throughout building.

This is a less than one star property. We stayed 4 nights. While we asked at the front desk every day for fresh towels and for our trash to be taken out it was not done. No one came to our room, we had to empty our own trash and go up to the front desk and request fresh towels,coffee, cups, toliet paper. I walked down to the laundry and dropped our dirty towels in front of the door. Not a pleasant experience.

The room was so dusty. We pulled open the drapes to get some sun and the window was fully of cob webs. We complained and housekeeping came and cleaned out the window and noticed part of the window was missing. It was double so the outside was sealed. Also there was no bath mats. When I turned on the shower the handle fell out. I was able to manipulate the handle and complete my shower. I left the handle on the dresser when we left.
