As a retired hotel mystery shopper I observe things others may not, so scroll on past if there's TMI. This large hotel offered expansive meeting rooms and other amenities. I booked it because the airport shuttle was a necessity for my early-morning departure. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, from the shuttle driver to the front desk, who easily and kindly accommodated my 2+ hours early check-in. Here's what I really liked: -Location - airport shuttle - makeup remover towelette - Large pool area - King bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave were clean, and there was plenty of space in the room. However, the dark color of the room added to the effect of not enough lighting, which in turn hides cleaning deficiencies, such as that the room had not been well vacuumed. The bathroom had no hand towel racks so wet towels had to sit on the counter, and no bathmat was stocked for after a shower. There was no bar soap, only the dispensers. Moreover, the slightly dated decor did not include phone-ready cord outlets for charging phones so a cube had to be used. On arrival, I was disappointed to learn that no breakfast was included but due to my early departure, it was a nonstarter anyway. The property was quiet and housekeeping staff were unobtrusive. Shared ride vehicles were easy to meet at this property and there was a gas station next door in the case of fueling up a rental car before returning it (which I did). The beautiful pool area was well organized and furnished with plenty of seating, towels, and upbeat music adding a perception of value. However, two items were noted: The hot tub cover remained on the hot tub, and the door to the sauna looked as if someone had broken it down to get in. Due to the location, I wish I had booked two nights instead of one.

This hotel is newly renovated, and not everything is ready, but the room was clean and comfortable with good lighting and access to charging ports. The shuttle was very efficient. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and friendly. It is very convenient to the airport.

1. 早上6点，床头柜上的闹钟响了，我关掉后它还是间歇性地响。2. 空调噪音很大，而且旁边的床正对着空调出风口，风力强劲且断断续续。3. 总的来说，这家酒店性价比很高，早餐丰盛，免费咖啡，还有一个小泳池和健身房。
酒店的位置离机场很近，非常的舒服，当天因为航班延误无法起飞，临时定的，酒店房间非常的宽敞，非常干净，住的很舒服。如果朋友们要赶飞机或者其他的，还是很不错的选择。
房间很舒服。我们下次还会再来的。

我们提前一个半小时到达，大堂正在装修，非常脏乱。应该挂上窗帘之类的东西才对。我问前台（吉尔）我们的房间准备好了吗。她说准备好了，但如果我想提前入住，需要加25美元。我当时就应该取消预订的，但我还是想看看房间。去电梯的路上，地板很脏，花盆里还有水。电梯里更糟糕；到处都是碎屑/建筑灰尘，在我入住的两天里都没有打扫过。通往房间的走廊地板上还有油漆碎片。房间倒是挺干净的，但是水龙头和马桶都坏了，毛巾堆在水槽旁边，占满了台面空间，因为没有架子。过了一会儿才修好。电话和一些插座也用不了。早餐是用泡沫塑料盒装的，必须带回房间吃，唯一的饮料就是房间里那台单杯咖啡机。这家酒店显然没有做好入住准备。房间每晚超过100美元，完全不值这个价。非常不满意，很失望。
我不得不换了四间房。第一间房地板很脏，第二间房没电，第三间房没有暖气，最后在晚上10点（美国东部时间），我才被换到一间比较舒适的房间。虽然酒店没有赔偿我，但道歉的次数多得令人难以置信。我一向相信应该宽容待人，但这真的让我难以接受。因为酒店离机场近，所以我只住了两晚。我强烈建议，除非迫不得已，或者等到酒店装修完毕再入住。员工态度很好，但房间就像汽车旅馆一样。
