Is it possible to leave less than 1 star? We stayed here for UMD Parents Weekend oct 7-oct 9 2022. Thee was no where else to stay in College Park. No where. Here's just a couple of things that made this stay Top 5 worse stays ever: Not enough outlets Needs a paint job Better furnishings No desk Lights out next to bed and bathroom Strong **** smell in hallway Terrible check in Not my choice but there were no other rooms anywhere I would never stay here again These are the smallest double beds I have ever seen You should be paying people to stay here. Everything is sticky. All the furnishings Tv picture not clear

No more comment It was Just Unacceptable !! The prices went up and the illegal activity went up as well Unn. . I don’t smoke and the smell of any type of smoke makes me sick 😷 I express that to the lady at the front desk . She said there was nothing she could do about it !!

Don’t stay here, rooms aren’t clean, carpets are torn, the smell in this place was bad, smoky rooms, of cigarettes and **** and never did anything about it, the complementary breakfast was extremely simple and juice with no flavor, I would never set foot in this place again.

This hotel has steps up to the non working elevator. I requested a room that we could access with out stairs and was given a room in the basement. Room was fine, but even then, you cannot access the lobby or breakfast area with out stairs or going outside.
开房给了3楼房间,但是前台并未告诉电梯坏了,行李无法扛上三楼,于是要求更换为一楼房间,结果给了半地下间,进房先出去吃饭,1小时后回来打开空调,发现房间里空调声音如同拖拉机哒哒声很响,然后要求换房被告知无房说已经换一次,可我并未去三楼的房间,并且开房时应告知电梯坏了,要求退房被收取一晚房费.房间比较老旧,周围流浪汉比较多,所以即便收取一晚房费,依然去其他酒店住宿了.
警察在入口处。警察进入汽车旅馆搜查某人。一个很脏的男人被他们带出了汽车旅馆。嫌疑人在停车场咆哮。该地区非常危险，酒店没有安全保障。不要留在这里，这不是一个安全的地方！
考虑到我们提前在线预订，入住过程有点慢。店员足够了，但并不友好。房间很基本，但很干净。因为我们喝了两杯咖啡，所以本可以使用两包咖啡调味品。非常好，免费 Wi-Fi，基本早餐（百吉饼/酸奶，果汁）。房间里没有关于酒店信息（制冰机、早餐时间）的信息，也没有关于当地餐馆等的任何信息。
肮脏的公共区域和大堂。低级前台支持人员。没有饮用水。水龙头坏了。房间还可以。但非常昂贵，每晚 120 美元。我们在 4 天的住宿期间有 2 个房间。非常基本，不健康的早餐。
糟糕的服务，糟糕的房间，糟糕的清洁，早餐很糟糕。老实说，我不喜欢住在酒店。糟糕的服务，糟糕的早餐，糟糕的清洁。老实说o不会推荐。我觉得支付两晚的费用是不值得的。这真是一次糟糕的经历
房间里面打扫得很干净。当我们去取冰块时，大厅很干净，但是当有人在我们房间外面呕吐时，它没有被清理干净，气味进入室内并发臭。入口处的施工声很大，整天都在。
