After a long 9 hour drive from Toronto, special thanks to Shawn for welcoming me, checking me in and giving me advice about things to do in Hagerstown. My wife and I had a great stay at this clean and roomy hotel. The rate was very reasonable and we will be returning on our next visit to this city.

Great stay, stayed 1 night on our way north. Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Used to be the Ramada, changed hands in November. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again

We had a great stay at this hotel. The man working at check in was very friendly and cheerful. The lobby is a bit damp smelling but that’s our only complaint. We were on the 6 th floor. The room is spacious and updated. No outside noise either. Would certainly stay here again.

Stayed here ten years ago and it was fine. Seems like nothing has been done to the property since then and everything is old and worn out and the lobby and hallways smell musty, carpets are worn and walls dirty and marked up. Breakfast was a joke. One table set up in the corner of the bar (even though there is an actual restaurant attached to the hotel) with limited choices (mostly inedible) and no service personnel.

Underage students take up 2 whole floors and are loud and unruly running around the halls and up and down the elevators after school hours. Could not use the pool due to the same. Rooms and elevators majorly run down. I felt the front desk blew me off. Breakfast was marginal at best. I plan to contact corporate. Definitely not a Wyndham experience I have ever had before.

I made a reservation and paid for the room on Priceline. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they can not find the reservation. I got in touch with Priceline and Priceline called, emailed, and faxed the reservation info to the hotel, but the hotel refused to honor the price that I have originally paid. I was told by the hotel that if I want to stay at the hotel, I will need to cancel my reservation with Priceline, and pay the new rate for the room, which was $35 more than the price I have already paid on Priceline. Even with the help of the Priceline billing’s department calling, and faxing the hotel more than twice, trying to get the hotel to honor the reservation and the original price Wyndham made the agreement with Priceline for the room, the hotel refused to honor the reservation. I guess this is how bait and switch works at this hotel.

We were passing through town and stayed one night. It was an excellent hotel with large comfortable rooms. It has a great location to the interstate, shopping, and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a very basic hotel that is old and outdated. Pros: staff were very helpful and nice. Cons: Room had an unpleasant smell and the nightstand was too small to reach either bed. Some signage issues as well.
