酒店又老又破。淋浴间的洗发水和护发素等用品在我们抵达时就用完了,而且每天打扫房间时都没有补充。房间里的电视只有6个频道可以收看,在告知他们这个问题后,花了一整天时间才修好。他们给我们安排了另一个房间,于是我们收拾行李,在住宿的最后12个小时搬走了。老板们需要好好经营一下生意。
换了管理层!
我在这家酒店住了很多年,因为我的家人在兰辛!从员工来看,我发现这家酒店换了管理层,其他老板的员工都很健谈友好,让人感觉宾至如归!我上上个周末刚住过,这个周末也会住在那里,但很抱歉,我打算试试其他酒店!
我觉得这家店很可疑。员工不专业,收费过高,简直是敲诈。他们的收费方式糟糕透顶,体验极差。如果可以给负星评价,我肯定会给。我绝对不推荐这家店。
带着孩子一起旅行,醒来后发现房间外有一堆衣服、垃圾和饮料,就像有人在我们房间外的走廊里睡觉一样,而工作人员似乎并不十分在意。
工作人员很友好,乐于助人。我们最担心的是蟑螂。这抵消了我们体验到的所有优点。泳池很大,那里有很多活动。
