The service and breakfast were great. Property needs work. Rooms walls are painted in different tones of green, you can see where there were frames hanging before and holes in the walls. In the shower, most of the water was going through the tub spot and just a few drops by the shower head, making it difficult to take a shower. We could not let the water drain (it was not working well neither) and the bathtub was getting full.
Pool was out of service.
Other than that, the beds were comfortable, the place was quiet. We slept well. Halloween decor and treats (for kids and pets) available at the lobby.

Our 4th stay... staff always friendly & helpful. Breakfast & cookies were great.This time our room (110) was just a little rundown. There were big rips in the bedroom curtains and some mold/mildew on the shower ceiling. Otherwise a fine stay.

The room was not cleaned during our entire stay. I had to ask for more toilet paper. WiFi stoped working. Key entry stopped working. Rooms are dingy/dirty. I cancelled our stay we had booked for Nov and booked a different hotel. The rooms need an update or at least a deep clean. Also no access to sign into Netflix is an outdated feature. Workout room with no free weights??

Room was tired; carpet heavy stained, blackout curtains did not meet in center so much light in room overnight. Front desk clerks VERY polite and helpful.

The complimentary breakfast was really nice and the food was always fresh. The room was clean and fresh-smelling. Only had an issue trying to close the curtains completely. The right side got stuck.

The person who checked us in was nice. However, she did not share with us that the pool was out of service until after we paid for the room. The elevator smelled like dirty diapers. The light in our suite did not work. The bedroom sheets, blankets, and curtains were stained. The bed squeaked every time we rolled over. We could hear our neighbor snoring, people talking, every car that drove by, and every door that opened/closed in the hallway. There was only one single serve coffee available in the room. The tub faucet did not work. The TVs are very old. They do not allow for streaming, and they randomly turn off. Also, the free wifi is one bar at best. I have never had such a horrible night sleep, which is saying something, considering I am a travel nurse who has been in over a dozen different states.

The staff were very friendly. There were stains on the furniture, beetles in the bathroom, cobwebs in the doorway and spiders, but the tub, toilet and sink were clean and beds comfortable. Overall a decent place to stay. thank you

酒店整体较老，房间稍大，有个小客厅。但是沙发上味道不好，不知是否动物尿液的斑渍以及气味。不敢躺在沙发上。
位置有点偏，但对我们来说再好不过了。房间大小非常棒。员工也很可爱。
