There is a very rude lady working the front desk that should be fired ! There was almost nobody staying there and this rotten miserable woman refused our reservation due to showing up a day late when we called and told them that we were going to be late! I will tell everyone that I know not to stay at a quality inn ever again due to the way that they are allowed to treat customers !

Better hotels in the area. This place is a no, very old. I travel to Greenville often; I have no idea why I picked this place. I read the reviews they were decent thought it would be fine, absolutely not.

Our stay is for tomorrow night. We inadvertently put wrong date and had to eat that $&. We tried to change it as soon as we discovered our error but y’all wouldn’t refund us. Poor customer service.

When we first checked in our room had a very strong perfume smell. We went to the front desk to complain and she changed our room. The 2nd room did not smell.
房间设施齐全。冷气、冰箱、电视机、电吹风、咖啡机都有，独立卫生间，有公共游泳池。
酒店非常一般，价格还不便宜，周边的希尔顿比他强多了，希尔顿离亚超近，非常方便购物和解决个人日常吃饭问题。
酒店位置方便、房间干净木地板，床好睡，有泳池，附设早餐。一切如网上所说的，住的舒服！
难道酒店不值这个价钱吗？感觉不是很新，但是没发现设施有什么问题。
不过，也许是不是很安全的地方，半夜有救护车开过来，还有一些噪音（我听不懂的声音）。也许只有当我呆在那里的时候。
