My friends and I booked rooms there because we wanted to hike Bryce and there was no other hotel rooms with availability. Now I know why this one wasn't full! The carpet was absolutely disgusting! I would not step on it with a barefoot – I always wore a sock or shoe before I put foot to the floor. The bathtub in one of my friends rooms was so disgusting. I probably would've gagged if I had to look at it and my other friends bathtub wasn't much better. Although we paid for two nights, we left after one night and we're lucky to get a room at it much better hotel.

This hotel is run down. Needs updating bad. Our room was dirty, bathroom was dirty and there was still coffee in the pot from previous people who stayed. Drain in sink is broken won’t drain properly. The bottom of shower curtain is nasty along with the bathroom. I had to go ask from r new towels because the ones in the room were dirty. Just gross

What a terrible ‘hotel’ if you can’t call it that. We were booked into a room which we arrived at at 10:30pm. IT HAD NO RUNNING WATER in the shower, sink or toilet. It wasn’t booked out as hardly any cars in the parking lot and surely there would know which rooms not to put customers in. They weren’t able to fix this in a timely manner so we left. I requested a refund and was denied. They cancelled my booking the next morning so I couldn’t leave a review on *******. So I will for sure find other places to get the word out.

Supposedly their best king room. Walked in did not unpack due to horrible musty and mold smell, could not breathe caused asthma attack. Room also false advertising. No terrace, no patio chairs. Told they have no rooms like that. City view advertising is oversees a dirt lot, not city view. Called Booking and let them know we could not breathe their, did not trust property to have any other room better. Told on phone by Booking I would get refunded. Dropped key at desk and left. Completely false advertising, Red Ledges refusing refund!

This is a great little hotel in a small western town in a remote corner of Utah. It is not fancy. But it is clean, safe, and the people who work here were very friendly to us and service was great. The decor is old, but the room was comfortably cooled in the scorching heat wave (AC worked great!). Our huge king bed was comfy. It was quiet here. There's a cute little diner type place next door with very good food, and a very nice little locally owned grocery with nice produce and snacks. Down the street there's an AMAZING coffee shop that sells incredibly nice cuppacinos and espressos for you in the morning. Its about a ten minute EASY drive from this hotel to Bryce Canyon NP. We were able to wake up nice and early and make the sunrise at the NP, no problem. This is a small town, and the people here very much depend on tourism dollars, but it isn't a tourist trap. Its a real town, with a high school, a post office, a couple of gas stations, etc. You'll see farmers and ranchers here, and so sit back and put yourself in the right mindset. I would stay here again, for sure.
