This is a clean place to stay for a night on the road. I reported a safety issue to the management regarding a loose insert in the tub that was installed during the renovation. Other than that the room was fine.

What a terrible experience! I've stayed at Days Inn (and am a member) and this property and management are an embarrassment and detriment to their brand. The worst was with the manager. He was insulting, condescending, rude, and kept interrupting when I complained. When checked in, the night manager told me my key may not work !! and gave me his cell number to come help me if it didn't! The property is in disrepair with stains on the rug and linens. The room STANK.The television didn't get major networks and kept pixelating.The walls are so thin that I was awake between 2:00 and 2:30 am. listening to the discussion in the room next to mine and awoken again at 6:00 a.m. When the key wouldn't re-open my door in the morning, I went to the front desk and was told that because I had checked out (online with a departure time one hour later), my key had been deactivated. After he supposedly reactivated it, it still wouldn't work. The manager started berating me and accused me of "not knowing how to operate the door." When he stalked off to open it with a master key, he even went the wrong way to the room. When I was leaving, I stopped by the front desk to take a picture, ask his name, and the manager's name. He said he was the manager and he wouldn't give me his name. He even ducked under the counter as I was take a picture! He kept yelling insults, said he was calling the police, and filming me.This property and management is nothing but a nightmare. (photos available)

The heat/AC unit in our room did not work, and there was no soap or shampoo in the unit, I had to go get them at the desk. There is only a very difficult staircase to walk up if you are staying on the second floor with a door at the very top. It is a hazard if you are trying to carry luggage. The only thing that was okay was the bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety. However, I will not be staying there again.
