This hotel is literally in the middle of a homeless encampment! I was stared down in the parking lot by a guy from an RV with all flat tires, parked in the parking lot like I was trespassing on his property! The TV in B the room didn’t work and there wasn’t a phone to call the from desk. I left within 15 minutes of checking in. DO NOT BOOK STAy HERE!!!!!!!

The neighborhood is really sketchy. It made me nervous. Several guests looked like they live there? The hotel was dated but clean, breakfast was good. Hotel is in the middle of a renovation. Cleaning staff was super kind and hardworking.

Breakfast was out very early which was great for people like me who wake up before the sun. Staff were very helpful from check in to check out! Close to shopping and highways which is perfect.

People next to us decided to play loud music at 3:00am. Called FD. Heard auditor knocking on the door, but no one answered. Nothing else was done. Music finally stopped at 4:00am.
Was told that I would receive a call from the GM. Never happened!

Hotel is in need of cleaning and updates. The elliptical cardio machine was broken, which was very disappointing as there was no alternative that was functional

临时预订到房间，总体来说入住体验还算不错。唯一的问题是，我房间楼下正在施工。办理入住时，前台没有告知我早上7点前就会开始施工。被酒店房间里回荡的巨大噪音吵醒，体验真的很糟糕。我确实和前台反映了噪音问题，他们道了歉，并表示以后不会再安排客人在施工房间楼上入住。
那天，工作日的工作人员态度很差，一直在打电话。你跟她打招呼的时候，她甚至都不抬头。太粗鲁了
